Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is the check-in and check-out time?
A. Check-in starts from 14:00 and check- out is until 11:00 noon.
✳︎This may differ depending on your reservation plan.

Q. Can we stay with a child using the existing bed? 

A. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. ( We will also prepare the towel, but no pajamas.) 

Q. What kind of equipment can we request?  
A. We can provide humidifier / baby bed / buckwheat pillow / iron / electric stand / portable charger / extension cord / dryer / air purifier / first aid article (bandage plaster · medicine · thermometer) / ice pillow / nail clipper / sewing set / umbrella / tableware / bottle opener / wine opener / safety box (front installation)

Q. Is there internet connection?
A. Yes, free WiFi is provided throughout the property. We have prepared the LAN cable inside the writing desk drawer, so you only need to bring your laptop computer. Also, if you do not bring a laptop computer, you can also rent a PC service.

Q. Is there a non-smoking room?
A. 4, 6, 9, 10 F will be a non-smoking floor. Other rooms we will deodorize.

Q. Can we keep luggage before and after check-in?
A. We will keep your luggage at the reception desk even before check-in / after check-out.
Please keep in mind that valuables during your stay will be deposited at the safety deposit box so please contact the front desk.
In addition, we can also keep baggage we sent in advance. In the case of sending, please describe your guest name / staying date. Shipment of luggage from the hotel is also available, so please feel free to tell us.

Q. I'd like to send my luggage in advance.
A. We will keep your luggage at the front desk.

Q. Can I send parcels from the hotel by courier?
A. I will correspond by payment at the arrival. 

Q. What is the payment method?
A. You can use it by cash payment or credit card payment.

Q. Is there a cleaning service?
A. Yes, there is. Please tell the front desk. (There is a holiday on the cleaning service, please contact the front desk for more details.)

Q. Is there a refrigerator in the room?
A. We have installed in each room. (There are no drinks for sale.  There are drinks vending machines are installed at each accommodation floor.)

Q. About offering hotel medicine?
A. Regarding medicines, there is no provision at the hotel as stipulated by the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. Sorry to trouble you but please prepare in advance by the trip.
Neighborhood pharmacy drugstores will be informed at the front desk. Please feel free to visit.
